Behind the SCENES OF mOSHE

Hi! I am James Felch, and when they let me, I am the leader of this motley group

that I call family. I quit my day job a couple years back and started on the “Moshe”

project. The Moshe project was born out of a 2-hour conversation with Matthew,

my middle child, when he was home from college one weekend. His idea was that

there should be an easier way to collect rent and other shared roommate

expenses. This idea was further fleshed out after several “planning meetings” with

the rest of the family. We had zero experience or background with app

development, so we started with a blank slate. After two years of building and

designing a crude model and learning everything we could about app development,

we finally contracted with NMG, an app development company. It took about 12

months for the app to be built and fully tested. We also spent a considerable

amount of time coming up with the name ‘Moshe’. The name means nothing –

simply easy to say!! Along the way we leveraged the talents of one of our boys’

hockey buddies for the development of the Moshe logo. After all that, Moshe was

born, and we now have a functioning phone and web app. We have no idea where

this will take us, but for me, it’s exciting to have something we can share together

as a family!

Hello, I'm Matthew Felch, the Managing Partner of Moshe. Alongside my father, James Felch, who serves as our President, we embarked on a remarkable journey to turn a simple idea into a practical and everyday tool for people like you.

Starting this business has been a significant milestone in my life, marking my first venture into the world of entrepreneurship. I've embraced each day as an opportunity to learn, grow, and adapt, and I'm truly humbled by the experiences that have come my way.

One of the early lessons I've learned on this entrepreneurial journey is the importance of due diligence when selecting business partners. After extensive research and meetings with numerous potential development companies, we ultimately chose NMG Technologies. They have proven to be an invaluable asset to our business, offering expertise and support that have been instrumental in our success.

Another essential member of our team is my dear friend and now business associate, Jake LaMaster. Jake's creative talent shines through in the development of our logo and icon, and he oversees all our web-related endeavors.

Our vision for this business is rooted in the belief that simplicity can lead to innovation. We aim to create tools and solutions that streamline everyday tasks and enhance the lives of our users. Rebecca Felch, I’m called Hey nurse by some, and mom by my tribe of three of the most

beautiful boys and our new daughter-in-law. My mission is simple and focused, (I’m stealing

this phase from Matthew,) creating togetherness. As a nurse I have seen first hand the healing

power of connection and togetherness. My goal is to work hard and spend as much time

together as we can. I believe this app will help others connect and create their own

togetherness.

 James Felch, the oldest Felch brother and the most handsome. A graduate of Bowling Green

State University with a degree in construction management. A commissioned Officer in the

United States Army. He is also a keeper of cats.

Sam Felch, the youngest in the family but don’t be fooled I carry the weight of the family on my

shoulders. This journey of Moshe has been unforgettable, and I am glad to be apart of it, not

everyday do you get in opportunity to be apart of something bigger that will make life easier

and simpler for you and me. My journey with Moshe belongs in the sales department,

and now we will see where this journey will take us to next.
